Real Madrid had a 1-0 lead after the first period in the game away to Levante in the La Liga. The third period saw Levante work their way back into the game. In the end the spoils were shared, as the game ended at 3-3.

The visiting team Real Madrid started the match at pace and took the lead straight away already from the kickoff. After only 5 minutes Gareth Bale netted from a pass from Karim Benzema.

Straight after the break, Roger Marti scored and equalised for Levante.

With more than 30 minutes on the clock, Levante’s Jose Campana scored, from a pass from Jorge De Frutos Sebastian, and gave Levante the lead.

Vinicius Junior equalised for Real Madrid in the 73rd minute, with an assist by Casemiro.

Rober Pier gave Levante the lead, in the 79th minute.

Real Madrid equalised to make it 3-3 just six minutes later as Vinicius Junior scored again. This time he found the net, with an assist by Karim Benzema. The 3-3 goal was the last goal of the game.

Levante’s Aitor Fernandez was sent off in the 87th minute.

Levante have two points while Real Madrid have four after two rounds of fixtures.

The last outing between the teams ended in a 1-2 away win for Levante in January 2021.
