Straight after the break, Ivan Perisic made his mark and equalised for Croatia, what brought the final score to 1-1.

With one game remaining, in the qualifiers Croatia are in third place in the table and Czechia are at the top of the table.
Both teams will be back in action on Tuesday when Croatia host Skottland and Czechia welcome England.
